Brabant Fulfilment ships for 60 web shops from a 40,000 m² hub next to the A58. We're hiring a Warehouse Team Lead to join a small, senior team where your work ships to real customers every week. You'll own problems end-to-end, from understanding the need to measuring the outcome.
We are a multilingual workplace: English is our working language, and Dutch or Arabic is a plus. Newcomers to the Netherlands are explicitly welcome — we help with relocation paperwork, BSN registration and the 30% ruling where eligible.
What you'll do
- Plan and lead a night team of 14 order pickers
- Run the shift start briefing and safety walk
- Keep pick accuracy above 99.6%
- Onboard new colleagues, many of them newcomers
What we're looking for
- 2+ years experience in a warehouse, ideally as shift lead
- Reach-truck certificate (or willing to get it, paid by us)
- Dutch or English at B1 level; Arabic is a strong plus
- Own transport to Tilburg-West
