Northlane is a 70-person fintech helping SMEs across Europe get paid faster. We're hiring a Data Analyst to join a small, senior team where your work ships to real customers every week. You'll own problems end-to-end, from understanding the need to measuring the outcome.
We are a multilingual workplace: English is our working language, and Dutch or Arabic is a plus. Newcomers to the Netherlands are explicitly welcome — we help with relocation paperwork, BSN registration and the 30% ruling where eligible.
What you'll do
- Own the metrics layer in dbt for our revenue team
- Build Looker dashboards people actually use
- Run analyses that shape pricing and product decisions
- Teach teammates to self-serve
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in an analytics role
- Excellent SQL; Python is a plus
- Clear written communication — we're async-first
- Living in a European time zone (UTC−1 to UTC+3)
