Zorggroep Maasstad runs six care homes in Rotterdam-Zuid with 900 colleagues. We're hiring a Registered Nurse to join a small, senior team where your work ships to real customers every week. You'll own problems end-to-end, from understanding the need to measuring the outcome.
We are a multilingual workplace: English is our working language, and Dutch or Arabic is a plus. Newcomers to the Netherlands are explicitly welcome — we help with relocation paperwork, BSN registration and the 30% ruling where eligible.
What you'll do
- Provide and coordinate daily care for 24 residents
- Create and evaluate care plans with families
- Coach care assistants and students
- Join a rotating weekend schedule (1 in 3)
What we're looking for
- Nursing diploma (MBO-4 / HBO-V) and BIG registration — or in progress
- Dutch at B2 level
- Warmth, patience and a sense of humour
