Flohmarkt.io is a second-hand marketplace with 2M monthly users in Germany and Austria. We're hiring a Product Designer to join a small, senior team where your work ships to real customers every week. You'll own problems end-to-end, from understanding the need to measuring the outcome.
We are a multilingual workplace: English is our working language, and Dutch or Arabic is a plus. Newcomers to the Netherlands are explicitly welcome — we help with relocation paperwork, BSN registration and the 30% ruling where eligible.
What you'll do
- Design seller onboarding and listing flows
- Run weekly user interviews
- Ship with engineers in two-week cycles
- Contribute to our design system
What we're looking for
- 4+ years product design, ideally marketplaces or mobile
- A portfolio that shows process, not only visuals
- Comfortable presenting to leadership
