Tulipa Travel sells Dutch tulip-season and city trips to travellers from the GCC and North Africa. We're hiring a Customer Support Specialist to join a small, senior team where your work ships to real customers every week. You'll own problems end-to-end, from understanding the need to measuring the outcome.
We are a multilingual workplace: English is our working language, and Dutch or Arabic is a plus. Newcomers to the Netherlands are explicitly welcome — we help with relocation paperwork, BSN registration and the 30% ruling where eligible.
What you'll do
- Answer chat, email and WhatsApp in Arabic and English
- Solve booking changes end-to-end
- Write help-centre articles in Arabic
- Flag patterns to the product team
What we're looking for
- Native-level Arabic and fluent English
- Living in the Netherlands with a work permit
- Calm under pressure, especially in peak season
