Zaytoun is a 90-cover Levantine and Maghrebi restaurant near the Zeeheldenkwartier. We're hiring a Chef de Partie to join a small, senior team where your work ships to real customers every week. You'll own problems end-to-end, from understanding the need to measuring the outcome.
We are a multilingual workplace: English is our working language, and Dutch or Arabic is a plus. Newcomers to the Netherlands are explicitly welcome — we help with relocation paperwork, BSN registration and the 30% ruling where eligible.
What you'll do
- Run the grill and mezze sections during service
- Prep with seasonal Dutch produce
- Keep HACCP standards and stock rotation
- Help train junior cooks
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in a professional kitchen
- Experience with charcoal grill is a plus
- Evenings and weekends available
